Overview
We’re looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users, helping them resolve product-related issues, guiding them through setup and troubleshooting steps, and ensuring they receive world-class service.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and be a key part of delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound technical support calls from existing customers.
Receive and process cases submitted via email in Microsoft Dynamics.
Make outbound calls when necessary to follow up and ensure timely case closure.
Maintain and update process documentation.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with customer-side Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support.
Proven background in customer service.
Networking experience (preferred).
Hands-on experience with case management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Zendesk.
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
A Windows computer or laptop with at least 8GB of RAM.
Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule (any day and any time of the week, up to 40 hours per week)
Nice-To-Haves

Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-based platforms
Understanding of networking concepts (VPN, DNS, IP)
Experience using remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
Prior experience in a remote or distributed team environment
