Overview

We’re looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users, helping them resolve product-related issues, guiding them through setup and troubleshooting steps, and ensuring they receive world-class service.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and be a key part of delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound technical support calls from existing customers.
Receive and process cases submitted via email in Microsoft Dynamics.
Make outbound calls when necessary to follow up and ensure timely case closure.
Maintain and update process documentation.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with customer-side Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
