Overview
We’re looking for a Test Center Administrator (TCA) to support the delivery of professional exams in a secure, welcoming, and well-managed testing environment. As the first point of contact for candidates, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every person taking an exam has a smooth, fair, and professional experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working directly with people during important milestones in their academic or professional journey.
Responsibilities
• Greet candidates warmly and verify identification.
• Perform required security checks, including the use of wands and ID verification systems.
• Monitor candidates throughout the exam process to ensure fairness and compliance.
• Maintain a secure environment and safeguard all testing materials.
• Provide clear guidance to candidates and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Document and report any incidents or irregularities according to company policy.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations of the test center, ensuring technology and facilities remain in working order.
• Deliver on our commitment to provide every candidate with a fair, respectful, and stress-free testing experience.
Requirements

Education
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework or degree a plus.Experience
• At least one year of customer service experience (in-person preferred: call center, retail, hospitality, restaurant, etc.).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications (MS Office, Outlook, web browsers).
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow strict procedures.Physical Requirements
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable remaining in a stationary position for extended periods while monitoring exams.
• Ability to move through test rooms regularly and escort candidates as needed.
• Visual ability to monitor both computer screens and camera feeds simultaneously.
• Comfortable manoeuvring in tight spaces while maintaining safety protocols.Work Schedule
• Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) with potential for additional hours when needed.
• Schedules are shared at least two weeks in advance.
• Availability required Monday through Saturday, with some evenings and occasional Sundays.
