Transitioning from a traditional 9-5 to a fully remote role at Sirius was brand-new territory for me. Four years later, what started as a nervous beginning has evolved into an incredible journey. From working with supportive coworkers and forward-thinking technology to witnessing our growth from the early stages, I’ve seen firsthand what makes us special. I have been a Customer Service Executive for 4 years now and have been assigned from one project to another. The growth I experienced was tremendous, from being overly shy and anxious when taking calls or speaking for myself in front of many people. I can say that my journey with Sirius Support has made a huge impact on me, with the trust and help of our team and management. I hope for more years to come with this company!
